In accordance with the requirements of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), we transparently inform you about the use of artificial intelligence on this website.
AI Systems in Use
1. AI Chatbot / Assistant
On our industry pages and throughout this website, we use AI-powered chatbots based on a Large Language Model. These assistants answer industry-specific questions, help with appointment scheduling, and pre-qualify enquiries.
The chatbots are always clearly labelled as AI assistants (e.g. “AI-Champion Assistant”, “This assistant is powered by AI”).
2. Risk Classification (EU AI Act)
The AI systems used fall under the “limited risk” category pursuant to Art. 50 EU AI Act. Transparency obligations apply, which we fulfil through this page and the labels on the respective pages.
3. Data Processing
Chat inputs are processed solely for the purpose of answering your enquiry. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

- Risk class: Limited risk (Art. 50 EU AI Act)
- AI system provider: Anthropic, PBC (Claude model family)
- Deployer: AI-Champion, Marten Zöllner, Dortmund
- Purpose: Customer consultation, lead qualification, answering frequently asked questions
- Automated decisions with legal effect: None. The AI system does not make any automated decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect users (no credit decisions, no employment decisions, no benefit eligibility decisions).
- Limitations: AI responses may contain errors. They do not replace professional advice (legal, medical, financial). Always verify important information through official channels.
- Human oversight: All business-critical decisions (contracts, pricing, individual offers) are made by humans. The AI only prepares information.
